Carpet call delivered the carpet we ordered in the agreed time. The process was smooth and the layer was friendly and professional.

I went to many places for a Rug but carpet call got the one i wanted and in Size i was after. There is guy who’s name “Hershy, he is really good and gentle. He is not pushy. Really helped me to choose best rug, and even let me to take a rug home without payiny anything just to make sure how it look in my home and with furniture on it.I loved it.

Had a large piece (4x3m) of carpet specially cut and edge bound to become a custom shaped rug for our gym, they made an excellent job of it, at a very reasonable price. Very happy, will use them again.

I purchased hybrid wood flooring and had carpet call install. I've never experienced such an incredibly poor service in my life. The installers had no pride in their work, the job isn't finished with pieces loose and the floor moves in certain spots. My garden was left an absolute mess with plastic shavings through my whole garden and through the whole car port. I will be cleaning up for months. Not to mention that i was told the installation would be completed in one day. However it was two days and so I wasnt prepared with work and had to leave the guys alone in the house to finish the job. When I made a complaint last week the gentleman in charge of wood installs didn't seem to care too much. I still haven't had a call back. Looks like I'm pushing %^ up hill. So very disappointing, what a mess I will not be recommending carpet call to anyone.

Had two great experiences with sales people in-store and had chosen my carpet and hybrid flooring. Went in a 3rd time to show my husband; We arrived at 3.45pm to the bald, older sales guy complaining that it was quiet all morning and that he was wondering why people decided to come to the store late (note this is 1h15 before closing time), then complained about some other customers to us who were apparently late for their appointment with him. Didn't even attempt to help us after that. Not sure whether obnoxious or deliberately rude but needless to say will be going elsewhere - sorry to the two young guys who were very helpful and professional!
